Core competency in controls, process and compliance which helps identifying gaps in the process and suggesting corrective actions.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant and IBBI Registered Valuer with 14+ years post qualification experience, Rich corporate experience both in manufacture and service sector. Exposure includes multinational organizations, central and state government PSU’s and other private organizations.
Expert in Corporate Law and Direct Taxation, hand holds various successful startups from the initial stage, focused and result oriented.
Jaison George, Partner
A chartered accountant with 12+ years post qualification experience includes international experiences in Jordan & Indonesia with rich exposure in Project finance, Business Process, Financial reporting, Statutory compliance, forex management, and Exim process etc.
Experience in managing a manufacturing unit with a turnover of US$ 40 million and more than 4000 employees.
Expertise in finding out the optimum working capital requirement for the company and obtaining the working capital loan from banks at a competitive interest rate.
Experience in developing a team of finance professionals and giving them a good career path.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 26+ years’ post qualification experience with expertise in Consultancy, Process Management, Audits, Accounts, Finance and Taxation both in practice and industry
